Stephanie, owner & coach
Steph started riding in Red Lodge, MT and has been chasing snow since her first turns at 13.
After 15 years of coaching at Mammoth and June Mountain in California, she’s now based in Niseko, Japan, and runs various snowboard camps & events around the world.

She’s passionate about getting more women on snow and making snowboarding welcoming for everyone. That passion inspired her to launch Altitude Attitude LLC in 2021, creating women’s events and training programs around the globe.

Off the hill, Steph is usually backpacking in the Eastern Sierra, exploring the U.S. in her self-built adventure truck, or snowboarding in the southern hemisphere.

Emily Conrad
Emily Conrad is a snowboard coach who specializes in the mental side of riding — helping athletes manage fear, nerves, and emotions on snow.
Her approach is rooted in her own journey of learning emotional tools through therapy, which she now adapts for the snowboard environment.

Emily believes snowboarding is as much about the mind as the body. By teaching riders to work with their emotions, she helps them unlock new levels of freedom and possibility on snow.

Allie Ace
Allie grew up skiing the hills of northeastern Pennsylvania, joining the Elk Mountain junior race team at 12 and competing through her college years at Penn State, where she earned a B.S. in Finance. After graduation, her love for steep lines and deep snow pulled her west to Lake Tahoe, where she turned her passion into a full-time career.

Since then, Allie has coached, taught, and guided skiing across the U.S. and abroad. She currently works with Sugar Bowl Resort, Alpenglow Expeditions, NASTC in Lake Tahoe, and Portillo Resort in Chile. Specializing in women’s coaching, ski racing, heli and backcountry guiding, and advanced skiing, she’s dedicated to creating space for women in snowsports and breaking down barriers at the trailhead to make the mountains more inclusive.

Off the snow, Allie is just as adventurous — whitewater kayaking and raft guiding, rock climbing, teaching yoga, and snowboarding.

Adi Smith
Adi has built her career across every corner of snowboarding — as an athlete, instructor, and competitive coach in both able-bodied and adaptive programs.

With a lifelong background in sports — from swimming and soccer to gymnastics, dance, and equestrian — Adi learned early on that performance is as much mental as it is physical. Her own experiences on snow, combined with watching athletes wrestle with mental blocks, inspired her to dig deeper.

With her Master’s in Sport Psychology, blending her psychology studies with her love for coaching, she now works with athletes through her private practice, Inside Your Shred, offering one-on-one sessions and team workshops that help riders break through fears, unlock confidence, and perform at their best.
